No Hiring or Candidate Guarantee Except as Agreed
Quantum works to identify and present candidates who appear to meet an employer’s stated requirements.
However, employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions, interviews, background checks, reference checks, credential verification and other due diligence.
Any candidate replacement, placement or satisfaction guarantee offered by Quantum is governed by the specific terms agreed upon with the employer and should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.
Accuracy of Client Information
Clients and candidates are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Quantum may rely upon information provided by clients when preparing résumés, cover letters, LinkedIn content and other materials.
Clients are responsible for reviewing final materials and confirming the accuracy of dates, titles, education, credentials, employment history, accomplishments and other factual information before using or distributing them.
Quantum will not knowingly assist in falsifying professional credentials or employment information.
Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies and refund terms may vary depending on the service provided.
Applicable financial terms should be communicated to the client before or at the time services are engaged.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment for one service does not entitle a client to additional or unrelated services.

Revisions
Where revisions are included with a résumé, cover letter or other writing service, the number, scope and timeframe for requesting revisions may be established when the service is purchased.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the design, text, graphics, logos and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Quantum and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Once a client has paid in full for customized résumé, cover letter or similar written materials prepared specifically for that client, the client may use those final materials for their personal career and job-search purposes, subject to any separately agreed terms.
